I bought an Intercontinental Voyager, great watch, no issues thus far. My issue is WHERE IS THIS COMPANY? The website is down and has been for months. Thier Facebook page is not being updated. I keep hearing they were bought but I don't buy it and I'm afraid they are Out of Business. I called the number listed and got a generic vm.
Have a website, update the public! What is going on?
Bought a Black & Ruby Superlative Star. When I received it the date would not change. No one would answer or return my call. After a week I spoke with Avi, a marketing director I know. She gave me a number and told me to ask for Susan. It was the same number I had been calling however this time someone answered. They instructed me to mail it back and they would either fix it or replace it. I mentioned I wanted it for my Holiday trip, we leave Dec 15th and she said no problem. Tracking shows they have had it over a week and I called to check on it. No one answers the phone, goes direct to an answering machine. Same as with a corporate number I found. My attorney suggested filing small claims. I suggested using my somewhat substantial influence in the watch collectors community to assure the are VERY lonely on Dec 19th, their next appearance on ShopNBC. Hate to but I will. Every comment I make will be true, no need to lie to scare people away. We are all very touchy when it comes to Customer Service and can cause a company more grief than they can handle if it is below standard. Ask Invicta. They have one week to get a working watch back to me or away I go. Between the "share" button and "copy & paste" I can cover almost every watch collectors site in about 2 hours. It will be a LONELY Dec 19th at midnight. Ya'll tune in and see who doesn't call! lol I mean they don't like answering the phone, I'll make sure it rings as few times as possible...just by telling the truth. Yes, I am mad.
someone who can make it happen
Get me a WORKING Black & Ruby Superlative Star by the 15th before I leave on Holiday.
Bought an xoskeleton watch from ShopNBC, it was the last one in stock. It arrived with a sticking second hand so we shipped it to xowatch to have it repaired as it is under warranty and we couldn't get another from ShopNBC. hipped it to the address listed in the watch manual with signature confirmation. This was on October 4, 2010. It was signed for by M Fuwausa. I googled the name and this person is associated with Xowatch company. I haven't received my watch back after a month, so I sent a couple of emails to the company requesting a status update for the watch repair. They have not even bothered to reply to my polite inquiries.
M Fuwausa signed for the package
Contact me to tell me the status of my watch repair and then send me the watch back in working condition.
