Trying to set up home phone and adsl, 5 calls this weekend and still no answer to when i get adsl, first organised 3 weeks ago

Its a shame iinet have dropped the ball on this as they are usually a company with excellent customer service.

Well they really did, finally got an answer after 6 calls, they got to order the adsl for me, no explanation why this hasn't been done yet and no explanation as to why no one called me to tell me number
