I took my Camry in for a smog certificate at 11:30 am; they were so busy, I was told to come back in an hour and a half. Returned about 1pm and was told they were so busy the tech hadn't had lunch yet; could I please return in another hour. Sure, not a problem.

I stayed, they squeezed me in, the tech did smog and got his lunch ... 1:30/2:00 got my car and a major discount.
