What Happened

A few months ago I bought two boxes of newborn diapers only to be recently told I will not need that many newborn sized diapers. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a larger size. I had the receipt but it was past their 90 day return policy. I tried to calmly explain I didn't want to return them, just exchange them. I got MAJOR attitude from the cashier and asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused to speak to me and passed on a message through the cashier that they could only return them at the lowest price they had ever been which was $15 each box. I paid over $60 total. I was not trying to exchange a toy that is no longer popular but diapers that will sell in the original boxes, never opened.

I Spoke With

What It Would Take to Resolve This

Let me exchange the diapers for a larger size.
