Had a reservation today. It was for 12 pm. Granted I was late and came in at 2 pm but when I got there they already gave the car to somebody else. They didn't say on the reservation email that I needed to be there within an hour. Other rental cars like enterprise would give you a courtesy call if you're late. Or they would offer you another car for the same price even if it's bigger. Yes, I should've gone to Enterprise but somebody else made the reservation for me.
The lady behind the counter tried to explain that it's like a hotel. Really? I have checked in at hotels where I arrived at midnight and they haven't given the room away.
Apology and complimentary rental.
Honestly, what they did was fair...
