What Happened
This is a call taxi operationin Chennai. Called and booked taxi for Airport drop from an address in Saidapet at 5AM. First the taxi driver calls at 3.30 AM and asks for the address...how on earth a new person/guest to the city know the street name, gate no etc ? Then at 4.55 AM the taxi driver calls to check as to how to reach to the address. Thebpn after struggling with language and other things he finally reaches at 5.15 am. Pathetic operation.
