Directv is not providing me with the channels I originally signed up for and will not provide me with the offer they originally stated I would have. There sales team has completely suckered me into believing one thing and paying for another. I'm only a week into having this service and already angry at the service. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee of 400.00 for an equipment lease. This is poor business service. All I want is what I was originally told I would be provided. No wonder so many people are going to cable service and shying away from satellite service.
Provide me with the programs I was originally told I would have and charge me with monthly cost that I was given. I was also told that I would get NFL sunday ticket for one season free and this apparently will not happen.
I contacted Directv @DIRECTVService and informed them of your gripe. Hopefully they'll be in touch soon. Best, Kim (Gripe Support Team)
