What Happened

I visted the Rooservelt Field store on July 5th. I asked for assistance from a sales associate who was talking to another sales associate. She walked away from me and said she would be back. She never came back. Walked around the entire store until I found another sales associate who assisted me. ALSO when I was paying for my order I asked about my Birthday Promotion that received in the mail ( Fresh Sugar lip treatment) . I was told rudely that it was not in the system !!! My birthday is July 13th !!! I considered cancelling my order then and there but I had already wasted 30 minutes of my time. I plan on unsubscribing from Sephora email and never shopping there again !!!!!!! I also will never use my Beauty insider card because it is totally useless
