What Happened

The elevator is operated by key so if anyone that's in a wheelchair wants to go downstairs they are force to bring someone that can walk so they can get someone from downstairs to get the key and the bathroom is not accessible to wheelchair users

What It Would Take to Resolve This

Replace it with a normal elevator so people in wheelchairs don't have to have someone with them and make the bathroom available to wheelchair users
