My family of 4 booked months ago a Seabourn Cruise leaving 30 June. Two weeks ago we noted prices had been reduced and asked our Travel Agent if Seabourn would give us that reduction or a shipboard credit for the amount. After two weeks of back and forth Seabourn finally says the cruise is now full and they will offer us nothing. That was not the case when we first asked our agent. SHAME on Seabourn! In a similar case two years ago Crystal gave us a credit. Perhaps Seabourn does not wish our repeat business?

If they really want our business they should give us a shipboard credit or a credit toward a future cruise!
