The worst customer service I ever had. When I tell people about my horrible car buying experience with them, they roll their eye and say Yup, they did the same thing to me (or my brother, my neighbor, etc). I honestly have not heard one person say Really? That s not what happened to me. Not One! Please take the time, learn from my terrible experience and buy your Nissan in Nashville, Franklin, Manchester, etc. I cannot caution you enough about not going here.
They have yet to do any post purchase follow up (bought a Honda last week and have had several post purchase interactions). They have made no attempt to try and find some middle ground, some give. They have your money and their commitment to you ends there.
Make a gesture. Work on a solution. Apologize.
