I sent in pictures to be transferred to a DVD in April of 2012 using a WeeklyPlus.com voucher which I paid $59 for. I have since left numerous phone and email messages without any return calls or emails. I have also contacted WeeklyPlus.com who have also tried to contact Sankofa and we have not been able to get in contact with them to find out where my pictures are.
I want to know where my original pictures are, they are my kids baby pictures and pictures of them growing up. The only ones I have. This was supposed to help me to preserve them. I know that they received them on or about April 23.
Nobody, can't get a return phone call or email
Would like my original pictures back along with the dvd as promised...but if they can't do that, I want my original pictures back along with my $59.
