What Happened

I purchased an app online called, Swype Pro. The App is supposed to allow you to swipe your iPad or iPhone keyboard from key to key instead of tapping each key. It is billed as the future of intellectual intelligence. IT IS WORST, non working App I have ever seen. Further when I tried to contact support all I fit was "page not found error message. Don't waste your money!

What It Would Take to Resolve This

Refund my money, but more importantly, give it back to their Dev. Team until they can make it work or trash it. It discredits the entire tech industry.
