I signed up for a cell phone plan with mobilicity and I started having problems right away, dropped calls, no connection, people couldn't hear me while i was talking to them, phone would lock in the middle of the conversation. I took it to the store they fixed it and told me it was my fault i pressed a wrong button. I called the head office plenty of times they told me the same thing, they told me I am in the good reception area, I called today and the girl I was talking to said you are in the yellow reception area not green so you'll always have problems. Supervisor I spoke to said Sorry we lied, we won't reimburse any of your money since you were getting partial service and actually we are supposed to take money out of your account for the June/July and we'll send you a cheque in 6-8 weeks. They don't tell the stores which areas are GREEN zone and which ones are Yellow, they just sell without knowing.

I would like my money back for the phone I purchased from them and the 6 months I paid for that i didn't get the proper service.
