This company is way to big for any decent CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the Internet...WiFi and Digital phone and just getting them installed has been a nightmare!!
The tech shows up, with no equip, saying COMCAST knew the equip had to be shipped........then cancellation of two appointments.........a promised shippment for a modem never sent out on time!!!!! now, a week later hopefully this is all taken care of.......and the local office in BLACKSBURG could care less about me in lil ol' PULASKI,VA
