What Happened

I had tried to stop service due to slow

Speed 2 times but they gave me free service instead of canceling. When I insisted they cancell after over two years service they now are charging

Me 40.00 per device which I have 2 for a total of $80.00. This is not right!

What It Would Take to Resolve This

Cancell account no fees!
