I I needed a wheelchair because of hurt ankle while flying to CA from Fort Lauderdale.
3 Planes.
United airline employees wheeled me to the wrong boarding gate on second flight and left me there for hours. Missed my plane to Oakland, had to take one to San Francisco hours later,my luggage was in Oakland where it stayed for 3 days , despite dozens of calls. Wasted over 32 hours on phone with Indian employes, that closed my file- still no luggage.
@ united airline employees that passe by and I 2 United A. employess that said they would send help. Did nothing.Dozends of Indian employess about my luggage. The closed the file. Finally 3 days later an American ask for my luggage tags.
Give me some compensation for their totaly uncaring attitude and Incompency. Tried over website, no help. Send registered letter that was received on 6/1/12. no response
