I had a pair of sandals my daughter wore once and they fell apart . They would not even let me exchange them for another pair because I was 6 DAYS over the 3o day return policy. I am a frequent shopper here and I am a gold card member. this means nothing! The manager said he has no idea how often they had been worn ( I had them for a month and the weather is just getting warm here so how much did she really wear them, ONCE! You could look and see they were not even really worn.
The head manager who was incredibly rude to me!
Have a little more respect for customers and at least let me exchange them for another pair I wasn't even asking for my money back! I will think twice before I shop there again!
