Blue Chip Las Vegas at Signature MGM is a joke and does not inform you of "extra charges" that they invent. MGM Signature doesn't charge the fees but they do. Total sham, and good luck dealing with their customer service - they DO NOT CARE. On top of it all they do not provide cleaning services. My trash piled up for 3 days and we couldn't figure out why house keeping wouldn't return my calls. Apparently it costs $25 to clean the room. When I spoke to management at Signature they had house keeping call me, and the Spanish woman who called was the single rudest person I've ever spoken with - despite me being absolutely and completely polite and passive aggressive the entire call. "Mkay, SIR. SIR. SIR.... SIR. No. Okay?"
Everyone was awful that I dealt with. All I wanted was the perks promised when I booked the room, and the ammenities I paid a RIDICULOUS amount of money for that didn't exist, and to have my trash taken out of the room and provided new towels. I don't understand why they made it so difficult.

Offer a refund on their invented charges.

Apr 23 2012Kim, thanks for trying but I can guarantee that they will not respond. They did not care in the slightest when I brought it to their attention before. All of their employees are rude, snide and snippy.
