I had a prescription sent to me from the VA Health Care System with a tracking number. This package was delivered on Jan. 7, 2012. I never received this package. I talked to my carrier who said she would look into it and then said she could not find it. I have called more than five times and talked to a few supervisors and I have two different case numbers. Every time they tell me they will talk to the carrier's supervisor and get back to me. I told the last supervisor I just want something to be finalized on it. If they think it was a theft then that needs to be documented! Nothing is happening they lost my package or it was stolen and there is still no resolve IT IS APRIL!

I want an answer on what possibly happened to this prescription package from the VA! Was it stolen? Is it lost? I need an answer and something to be finalized!
