This gripe is influencing 294 people thru 6 friends and followers
Delta is lousy at admitting when they make mistakes or their website has problems. Even as a PLATINUM Elite customer one has to suffer. This is not the first time I have come up against this. I am convinced they saved the wrong date for my return trip on a reservation but cannot prove this. The web site supposedly give the ability to change the date. But with 25 to 30 tries in the last 24 hours I get the same message -- try again later. Yet Delta refuses to acknowledge their has been a problem with the web site either when I made the original reservation or now. Shame on Delta!

Their website DEFINITELY has problems! I can't even go on their complaint/comment link on their page to complain about my very delayed luggage since their Delta rep. in Rome completely botched the file number by listing only 3 digits rather than their needed 5 digits. So I have no way to even complain since it requires I give the file # which is of course, not enough digits. Hows that for service?!?!?! It just says "The information entered for File Reference Number below is not valid.". I can't get anybody there to listen to me!!!
