First time at parker & otis and the fact that i live pretty far out of durham means that me and my friend didnt make it for breakfast until right at 11. Since we had our minds on breakfast we were hoping to ask nicely (it was only 11 on the dot anyway), but nope. Boo. Ok, so then we finally decided on sandwiches and the side order is cole slaw. Well, i hate cole slaw, but i love potato chips. So of course i ask if i can switch chips for the slaw if even for a little extra. Again, i got a no. Boo. Oh well. I guess i was just put off by refusing to adjust to satisfy the customer. I guess rules are rules. Now we know. The sandwich was good, and i ended up not eating the cole slaw or my chips and paid $11.65 for lunch, which is just a bit much imho. Sadly the quality of the sandwich wasnt enough to overcome the cost and unaccommodating staff.
