What Happened

Each time I've come to this particular Starbucks the employees are more interested in discussing their evening plans than helping customers. It's as if the employees were forced at gunpoint to come to work.

What It Would Take to Resolve This

Maybe a better recruitment drive. If you don't like your job there's a Walmart down the road.
