What Happened
BMW got me a rental car because they were out of cars. They kept my car in the shop 9 days. I got a charge of $500 six months later for the car rental because BMW didn't pay them. After wasting too much time screaming at them with no results got them to send me a check... Which hasn't arrived a week later. Small court around the corner. Worse customer service ever.

Some 16 months ago I booked a holiday with a company called LMS Lifetime Marketing Solutions it was one that was avertised in the Mail but this company maintained that they would get it cheapoer for me? and indeed they returned a far better price than the one being quoted in the mail. However having paid all of the money some 12 months ago a week befire we were due to leave they telephoned me saying that the irfares were now not included in the price! they offered to return all of my money i.e. a full refund and to cancell this hoilday which is what I elected to do. However they have not paid me a 1000 GBP stating that it is the Bank that is holding up payment? well I am sick and tired of this company sjhortchanging me and would request that you help and assist me in getting my money back
